The Challenges:

 

1- the default set uses batteries, which only last up to 30 minutes, workshoplasts 2 hours

-- when voltage goes down, the pi, malfunctions appear in a chaotic . - solution

2- transportation and setting up of manner

-- monitor, mouse, keyboard takes long - solution

3- problems with vga to hdmi
-- adapters are expensive
-- setup needs to be configured properly - solution

4- hard to differentiate between multiple pis in a public network - solution

5- pi too fragile for continous plugging in and out of monitor, mouse and
keyboard - solution

6- sdcard may accidentally dislodged when picking up the pi  - solution

 

The Solutions:

1- LiPo akkus with 7200 volts last for almost 2 hours, needs a charger
which costs about

2- we work via ssh and vncviewer, a remote desktop, which is fits our
workshop needs.
vncviewer is in autostart mode

4- we bring our own router, the pis have static ip, which is resembled in
their hostname

5- see 2, no plugging needed

6- we glued little wooden tiles on top of the sdcard holder
